Many parents across the country have difficulty securing reliable before and after school childcare (sometimes known as Wraparound Care), that works with their schedule. Therefore, our Rising Stars, before and after school care, is a lifeline for working parents, providing them with the opportunity to start their working day earlier and finish later, safe in the knowledge their children are having fun in a safe, nurturing environment.
We’ve been bringing fun experiences to primary school children for over 20 years, with a proven track record of providing a reliable service to schools and parents alike.
Under the supervision of each on-site manager, our Rising stars clubs offer children a healthy balance of food, drinks and physical activity. Our fully qualified, experienced, childcare team receive regular in-house training, to ensure we meet the rigorous standards of Ofsted.

Both of my children attend PLL clubs, which are a great service when you’re a full time parent. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and interact positvely with the children. When Westfield Primary School enlisted the help of our Risings Stars Childcare services, it was primarily with a view to seek a new provider for their breakfast club and after school club provision and to link with a provider able to offer high quality and cost-effective service.
PLL were invited to take part in the tender process, alongside several other providers, and it soon became clear to the Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body that Rising Stars were able to meet all the school’s objectives.
Our outstanding Ofsted record and the impressive operating plan presented to the school, detailing our thorough, well thought through development plans, spoke for itself. Westfield Primary School knew they were partnering with a solid, reliable and high-quality childcare provider who would take care of every aspect of running the provision.
PLL have many years’ experience of taking over the running of existing, either school run or externally run provision, and were able to successfully and seamlessly manage this process for Westfield.
Now, over six years into our partnership, the after school, breakfast and brand-new holiday camp at Westfield Primary School are going from strength to strength. Attendance numbers are growing consistently, in line with proposed plans in the tender process, and parents and children attending our clubs are delighted with the services offered.
